Pandiyan is a HR professional with over three and a half decades of industry experience. He has worked in a diverse set of industries such as steel, automobiles, chemicals, consumer goods and HR services.

His work has been focussed on corporate level people strategies in a fast evolving and globalised business landscape. His specialties include HR strategy, talent management, team leadership and change management.
​
His last corporate stint was with Ford Motor India where he was a Director on the Board and the Country Lead for HR. His past stints have been in companies such as Tata Steel and CavinKare.
​
Pandiyan is a certified OD and Change Management practitioner graduating from the OD Institute of Ford Motor Company.
​
He has travelled widely for business and leisure. He is enthusiastic about photography, technology, writing and current affairs.

Nandu, as everyone calls him, brings about four decades of business experience. Starting off with Sales and Marketing, he has seen his career lead up to corporate level assignments as President and CEO.

His central work has been business development, brand management and sales with an oversight of allied functions such as Operations, Research, Exports, Finance and HR
Nandu has worked with a varied set of industries including Tobacco, Personal Care, Food, Dairy, Appliances, Telecom and Healthcare. He has travelled the length and breadth of Indian markets and has been on some international assignments as well.
​
The companies he has worked in include VST, ITC, CavinKare, Hatsun among others.
​
Nandu enjoys travelling and music. He also loves experiencing food from near and far.
Abraham is a HR professional with 30 years of experience. He turned an entrepreneur in 2015 and manages a skilled team of professionals offering a range of HR services – strategy and operational consulting, talent management and staffing, HR Management Information System.
​
He is the Founder CEO of Global Best HR of which MavensBMG is a Division. He is a certified CEO Coach and is skilled in facilitation, psychometric assessment and competency modelling.
​
Abraham is the recipient of the top ten ‘The Most Powerful HR Professionals in India’ Award in the year 2010 from Asia Pacific HR Congress in Singapore.
​
Companies he spent a significant amount of his career include CavinKare and Gems Everonn.
